Mount Solar is a family owned company that is growing their roots in Washington. Derek, the owner, was born and raised in Hawaii and started his family in Washington State in 2012. He is a Master Electrician who began his career installing solar panels in 2008. With well over a decade of experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of valuable knowledge to his customers and his team.

His Solar Panel designs are uncompareable to the typical Solar companies using a default solar design given by the software.

Using his expertise in actually installing the panels knowing the intricacies of "tilt and azmith adjustments" for optimum charging efficiency of each panel.

His understanding of the advanced capabilities of the software gives each installation optimized direction to the sun's most efficient energy. No computer generated cookie-cutter design can come close.

Derek is a Master Electrician with over 10-years of experience. Derek is a certified Enphase installer and is OSHA 10 certified. 

In his spare time, you can find him on the golf course or on adventures with his 'ohana.

Alex is a very knowledgeable Solar Sales, Marketing and Design Consultant who knows every Solar Solution is unique to each customer's installation. He spends time educating customers building long-term relationships. He is also very experienced in digital marketing and website design and programming. 

Ron believes in Solar technology and is an expert in anything about Solar.

Tim has over 20-years of experience as a general contractor. In his spare time, Tim is usually on the golf course with his son-in-law, Derek, or he is enjoying time with his wife and grandkids.
